192.168.3.1 is the default IP address for Huawei routers. This is where you go to manage your Huawei WiFi settings, change passwords, set up parental controls, and configure your home network. Just connect to your Huawei WiFi, open a browser, and type 192.168.3.1.

Factory Reset
