Virgin Media Hub

Virgin Media router login lets you access your Hub's admin panel. Connect to your Virgin WiFi, open a browser, and visit 192.168.0.1. The password is printed on your Hub's base. From here you can change WiFi settings, enable modem mode, and manage all your devices.

Finding Your Password: Look for a sticker on the base of your Hub showing the admin password.

How to Login

  1. Connect to your Virgin Media WiFi
  2. Open a web browser
  3. Type 192.168.0.1
  4. Enter username admin
  5. Enter password from Hub sticker (or changeme for older hubs)

Easier way to manage your WiFi:

  1. Download Virgin Media Connect app
  2. Sign in with your Virgin Media account
  3. Manage WiFi name, password, and devices
  4. Use Intelligent WiFi features

  • WiFi Settings — Name (SSID) and password
  • Modem Mode — Use your own router
  • Connected Devices — View all devices
  • Parental Controls — Web Safe settings
  • Port Forwarding — For gaming/servers
  • Guest Network — Separate visitor WiFi

Enable Modem Mode

To use your own router:

  1. Login to 192.168.0.1
  2. Go to Modem Mode
  3. Enable modem mode
  4. Hub will restart and WiFi will be disabled
  5. Connect your own router to Hub via Ethernet
