T-Mobile Home Internet Login
T-Mobile Home Internet login is where you manage your 5G gateway settings. After connecting to your T-Mobile WiFi, open a browser and go to 192.168.12.1 or use the T-Mobile Internet app. From there, you can change your WiFi name, password, and view connected devices.

Find Your Password: Look for "Admin Password" on the sticker on the bottom of your T-Mobile gateway.
How to Login
- Connect to your T-Mobile Home Internet WiFi
- Open any web browser
- Go to
http://192.168.12.1 - Enter the admin password from gateway label
- Click Sign In
Using the T-Mobile Internet App
The easiest way to manage your gateway:
- Download "T-Mobile Internet" app (iOS/Android)
- Sign in with your T-Mobile ID
- Tap on your gateway
- Manage WiFi, view devices, run speed tests

Optimize Your Signal
T-Mobile Home Internet uses cellular towers. For best speeds:
- Place gateway near a window
- Position on upper floor if possible
- Avoid placing near metal objects or appliances
- Check signal bars in the app and move gateway if needed
- The gateway shows signal strength with LED lights
Troubleshooting

Factory Reset
- Find reset button (pinhole on back)
- Press and hold with paperclip for 10+ seconds
- Wait for gateway to restart
- Reconnect using default WiFi credentials on label
